First Rod scouts a shooting location and sends snapshots to photographer David Gray. David notes how much lighting equipment he will need to get the shot. If the shot will be outdoors, we lock onto the Weather Channel website.
Wendy works with Rod and David and the testifier to coordinate wardrobe and find a time that will work for everyone. Then we cross our fingers and hope the weather will cooperate.
